Perfect location to VCU, restaurants, and sights

It was small- no space to relax other than bedrooms and no natural light. But not a deal breaker and I would stay again.

Good location close to VCU campus. Parking is a big plus! Nice comfort touches like coffee and water provided. Beds were comfortable. It’s great to have so many sleeping surfaces.

Not the hosts fault but apartment life was VERY noisy! The neighbor apartment had multiple dogs barking several times while we were there and the automatic door locks were loud enough to wake me from sleep when the neighbors left in the am. Something to consider but not a big deal overall.

Safe pleasant location at VCU area

Well located near the university, with a pleasant 49 minute walk to most touristy parts of the city. The building is old, but tidy and well furnished, and the kitchen actually is meant for cooking, with plenty of pots, pans and utensils.

As seems to be the fashion these days, there were only horizontal slat blinds on the bedroom window, which let in a lot of light even when closed as far as possible. There really needs to be some curtains for that window.

Great location on VCU campus. Walked to the theatre to see To Kill A Mockingbird. Having 2 parking spaces at our place was fantastic in this area. Took our grandson who goes to VCU to dinner, just 2 blocks away and it was great— walking around the campus since we met there and got our undergraduate degrees there. Also had a bottle of wine waiting there for us.

Nothing met all our needs.

You can hear the the unit on top. A little loud if the people up there are loud.

I frequently book with these properties and they are always amazing! Always comfortable and filled with convenient amenities. The owners are very gracious hosts who always try their best to accommodate my requests.

That I couldn't stay longer.
