We have stayed at the hotel on many occasions as it is convenient to the tunnel.

On this occasion areas of the room were not cleaned to a good standard. One of the two chairs was dreadfully marked, the shower did not drain efficiently and the toilet bowl was badly stained.

"Brilliant overnight stopover location before travelling further."

Great staff, pet friendly and 15 minutes front he Ferry or 5 minutes from the Tunnel. Meals very reasonable and room service at no extra charge. Breakfast is a buffet which was great. Price was great value for money.

Possibly need a little more attention to the storage of external skips. Although, this is not a observation of the hotel, it is more a general observation and will not stop us using the site next year.
