Modern 3 bedroom house close to the city centre

Location was very good, with bus stops in both directions on the doorstep. House was lovely and neat.

The only negative ro report was some mould in the bathroom, particularly the shower

Wi fi good. Tv easy to use. Convenient for city & close shops. Garden & furniture to use, washing line. Good shower itself. Downstairs furniture okay.

Traffic noise. General upkeep needed eg curtains hanging off broken hooks, blinds broken in one room, no tea towels, no pan lids, fridge badly needed defrosting, grouting in the shower area very grubby, no room in outside bins to empty our rubbish, which we had to leave in the house. We messaged about needing tea towels but non were supplied.

Back yard and washing machine.

Beds were worn out.

Location was good, price ok

Didn't sleep due to awful mattress could feel every spring and made a noise ever time you move. Mouldy bathroom more than likely caused by no extractor fan. Constant traffic noise. House had not been previously checked as found broken mirror in wardrobe and a knife in bed side unit.

Location is brilliant. Bus stop into town over the road, super markets 5/10 min walk. Spacious rooms, very clean.

Really easy check in process. Great to be able to not be stuck to a timing and come and go as wanted. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids

House was a bit cold when we arrived, but it was late at night so boosted the heating and went to bed.
