The apartment is very cool, modern, with a fantastic terrace . Lots of privacy and silence.

Parking spots are difficult to find; the apartment is in the part of the island always foggy and overcast, very windy. Poor communication with the staff, instructions on the apartment facilities were missing or given too late. Lots of ants going around in the kitchen.

La ubicación, muy cerca de Santa Cruz y del aeropuerto y a unos metros de la playa.

La limpieza, nos encontramos el baño sucio el primer día y tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros ya que la agencia no solucionó nuestro problema de forma rápida y efectiva. La encargada de la empresa de limpieza muy amable nos pidió disculpas el último día. Pensamos que fue un hecho puntual

La ubicación

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear (pelos en el cuarto de baño, escobilla sucia, cocina con restos de alimentos..) Había cucarachas en la terraza por lo que no pudimos disfrutarla. El apartamento no disponía de microondas y tampoco de una cepillo ni fregona.

Location, apartment was well equipped as in the pictures, and the staff was nice and very fast with responses, always available. Self check-in and nice welcome with a bottle of wine.

Small bed for two people, probably 140cm only. The apartment was not dirty but there were some issues when we arrived - usage of vacuum cleaner was really needed, missing tablets for dishwasher and no sponge for manual washing. Blanket and pillows on the sofa were used and you smelled it.

Lovely apartment, very spacious for 2 people, modern kitchen, great outside space enough for a table and 2 chairs as well as 2 sun loungers, the apartment is behind another building so the sun is on the front from about 10am til 4.30pm. Comfy beds and a great shower. Very close to the beach, restaurants and ice-cream place, walking distance to a shop. Although the outside of the building looks tired, the apartment is very well kept and clean and fresh. Separate utility room at the back if you need to do any washing or cleaning.

The WiFi wasn't great and kept having to re-connect.

Se equivocaron con la contraseña para recoger la llave y quien nos atendió por teléfono no dio solución y se malencaró conmigo Y nos dejaba en la calle.

The location is very good, there is somewhere to walk, there are cafes where you can eat, drink coffee. There is a beach nearby. The apartment is well equipped, there is everything you need down to the smallest detail.

The only thing is that the apartment lacks air, the bedroom has no windows at all, and the air conditioner did not work well enough.
