As paredes e chão estavam sujos. O sofá cama era muito desconfortável e estava todo manchado.

Ubicacion excelente, muy cerca de la Gran Via, y el transporte publico. Buena higiene, con el equipamiento necesario para hacer confortable la estadia. Amabilidad y atencion permanente de los responsables.

Assistenza pessima, li abbiamo contattati perche all interno dell appartamento mancava un piumone e non funzionavano i climatizzatori. Ci è stato detto che avrebbero provveduto a recapitare il piumone e lo stiamo ancora aspettando, per quanto riguarda i climatizzatori nonostante avessimo chiesto che qualcuno venisse a farli funzionare siamo stati ignorati non ricevendo alcun tipo di aiuto. Non si è mai fatto vedere nessuno, l appartamento necessita di manutenzione e di pulizia approfondita. Divano letto parzialmente rotto, abbiamo dormito da schifo.

La ubicación es muy cómoda, súper céntrica, a pocos metros de Av. Gran Vía. Tiene ambientes amplios, cómodos. El sofá cama era aceptable. Cuando ingresamos nos faltaban sábanas y toallas pero nos comunicamos por WhatsApp y en unas horas nos las dejaron en el apartamento.

Se encontraba tapado el desagüe de la ducha lo que hizo complicado bañarse. Seguramente por falta de mantenimiento o limpieza.

Ruido, falta de limpieza y útiles para la misma. Éramos 4 personas y ni siquiera había vajilla para los 4.

Our stay at the property was extremely disappointing. The room cleanliness was inadequate, and essential hygiene items such as soap and shampoo were missing. The air conditioning was set at a fixed 24°C, and the heating function was not working. Since our room was located next to the road, it was very noisy until 2:00 AM, making it almost impossible to sleep. The most significant issue was the lack of communication. We were unable to reach anyone regarding the room. On the last day, when we went out for breakfast at 9:00 AM, we returned to find that our room code had been deactivated. The same happened to another family, and we had to wait outside until the cleaning staff arrived in the afternoon. We were fortunate not to miss our flight. Throughout this period, none of our calls or messages received a response. This experience clearly demonstrates a lack of attention to guest satisfaction.

Location of the apartment is great.

Even though the apartment looks clean on the photos, it wasn’t. We found old stains on the sheets and mattress, the bathroom was flooded after shower and it was very cold during the night, even though air conditioning was working for some time.

Buena ubicación y buena presión de agua

Estaba muy sucio. Todo lo blanco era negro.No puedes poner muebles blancos y no limpiarlos. El sofá cama tenía manchas por todos lados y era incomodísimo, se hundía hacia el centro y con las piernas para arriba.Faltaba una almohada, éramos 4 y solo había 3, papel higiénico insuficiente. Toallas sucias. La ducha se inundaba.No tiene horno
