"Very poor"

Staff are lovely and the building is very clean and smells heavenly 😍 The administrator, Carlos, was amazing and gave us an outstanding service. The pool is beautiful with a nice view.

There was no water in the apartment because the owner didn't pay their condo fees! For 24 hours we couldn't shower or use the washroom. Also, the fridge in that apartment was leaking we told the reception on the first day but nothing was done to fix it.
