I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Despite being advertised as lakefront, it is not actually by the lake—you can only see a partial view from one side window, which felt misleading. There was no internet available during the stay, which was a major inconvenience. Basic amenities were missing—no shampoo, no hand wash soap, and the pillows were too small and uncomfortable. There wasn’t even a proper blanket provided. To make things worse, there were no proper TV channels available—no CNN, BBC, or any other international channels. For €70 a night, the lack of comfort and amenities was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel and will not return.
BESince we arrived late at night, we had some trouble getting the keys. But that was the least of our concerns. Unfortunately, the apartment had been left completely uncleaned — the dirty bed linens and towels from the previous guests were still on the bathroom floor, and there were no clean sheets available for one of the bedrooms. The apartment was dusty, and there wasn’t even any toilet paper provided. Although a cleaner supposedly came the next day, the used linens and towels were not removed, and no fresh ones were delivered. The kitchen appliances and dishware were quite basic, and overall the apartment looked tired compared to the photos. While the place is spacious and full of natural light, the overall experience left a cold and unpleasant impression. I wouldn’t recommend it. For the same price, you could easily get a proper hotel room — at the very least, with toilet paper included.
FIIt was very spacious
Apartment was dirty, looked liked even the floors weren’t vacuumed. Pillows were so poor that everyone of us caught neck pain. Pre-information said that there is coffee and shampoos, but reality was something else. Apartment had no tv either.
