Rare 4BR Apartment w Unique Details in CPH City

Spacious, clean, great location.

There is only one shower so can take a bit of planning of in a group…especially as the hairdryer is also in there and can’t be moved.

The location of the apartment was perfect and having four bedrooms worked well for a group of four friends.

The apartment was having to be cleaned again as the bathroom was dirty and there were cobwebs in the windows. They seemed to just had pipe work done throughout the apartment so there were big gaping holes in the coving around all the bedrooms. Would have been nice if that had been finished off everywhere as otherwise it’s a nice apartment. It just lacked the final attention to detail.

The location was excellent, central. The apartment comfortable, spacious and had everything we required for our four day stay.

Only issue we had was with keys not working for the middle door but Neste sorted that immediately and ensured our touring was not disrupted.

The apartment was spacious with 4 large bedrooms, loungeroom and kitchen. It was centrally located. Perfect for a group of 4.

We were advised we could gain access at 4 pm. We arrived at 4.30 and there was no key in the lockbox. I spent an hour on the phone trying to get in that was very frustrating and worrying. They kept telling me that the cleaner was in the apartment waiting for me. I was banging on the door loudly with no response. Finally the cleaner opened the door. He was in there all the time. Very bad service.

Location was perfect. Supermarkets within a short walk, metro and sites easy to get to. Apartment bedrooms were super spacious. Squeaky floorboards, exposed pipes and holes part of the charm as its a historic building. We were expecting a lift but it only accessed the top floor. The two levels of stairs was a pain to negotiate with a pram however we quickly got used to it. Kitchen adequately equipped and appreciated.

On arrival we found only 2 clean towels so we had to improvise. We received more towels a day later. Shower curtain could be cleaner.

Great location. Clear instruction on getting the keys. I like the host was overall responsive to our questions and concerns.

The booking include 4 rooms but one of the rooms was poorly prepared and not like other rooms at all. We also found hairs in the ground. Sent pictures to the owner and asked for possibility of discount rate. They said they brought this to the finance office but no more response at all.
