Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament, jest wszystko, czego potrzeba na kilkudniowy pobyt. Czysto, wygodne łóżka, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, dziękuję za kawę! Wprawdzie przy dość ruchliwej ulicy, ale w nocy jest cicho, a przy śniadaniu można wyglądać przez okno na to, co się dzieje. Fantastycznie! Na piechotę można spokojnie dojść do centrum miasta. No i bardzo nas ucieszyło miejsce parkingowe za domem. Polecam wizytę z całym przekonaniem!

Apartment was just like in the pictures.Communication was great with the host! Our teenager slept in the sofa and it was ok for him.For an adult the sofa may be a little bit uncomfortable to sleep.

The apartment looks like the photos on booking.com. It is in a new building, very clean and has all new amenities. We felt very comfortable immediately.

We had an issue with the electricity. We switched on two air-conditioners, the washing machine, and the dishwasher at the same time - a big mistake! Suddenly there was a power outage at around 8:30 pm. The whole apartment was dark and we had no electricity. We checked the fuse box in the apartment but could not see any issues. We then tried to reach the host for several hours by phone, email, and WhatsApp, but to no avail. It was still more than 30 degrees outside and the temperature went up in the apartment quickly. Only after three hours, we received a short instruction on how to fix it via WhatsApp. There was another fuse box outside, so I went there and tried to open the door, but could not, even with using a bit more force. Also, I did not want to bother the other residents. I asked for help again and reported the door was locked, but no response until lunchtime (!) the next day. So, eventually, we were without electricity for more than 14 hours. The host informed us that the door would not be locked and was just a bit difficult to open (they could have told us in the first response...). They fixed it while we were away. I would like to highlight that the host replied with delays, was outright rude, and put the responsibility on us. They should have informed us beforehand that the power supply is limited... It is even worse, as the company claims to manage hundreds of apartments globally, but they do not have professional customer service.

Not clean at all. Used condom pack under the couch, used floss on the carpet. Bathroom was not cleaned. Clogged drain, stains and hair from previous guests everywhere.
