Stylish & Spacious 3 Bed Apartment with Parking

Very easy to collect to keys as they use a lockbox system. I booked this property for workers and they were very happy with it and have stayed here a few times.

Location - close to the university accommodation and city. Clean and well presented. Gd sized rooms and 3 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to contact the owner. Off road parking.

Heating inadequate - room thermostat set to a maximum of 21 degrees and radiators did not work in the living room at all, only in the corridor and upstairs. Had to call every time to report and for those radiators to be switched on. Luckily there were sunny days, we traveled out a lot. Wd be very cold in winter. Not mentioned in the ad that the property is upstairs, with very narrow and steep metal stairs. Difficult and felt unsafe to carry suitcases. Had to leave some in the car and carried things separately. On one night a drunkard person kept knocking on the door, vomited outside and had to ask him to go away. We felt very scared as he kept banging on the door, as if he wd break in. Then we saw him leave to the ground floor property.

The location was excellent for local shops, the park and botanic gardens as well as providing an excellent base for our daughter's wedding. Having a dishwasher & washing machine was very welcome.

There were only 4 mugs with handles for up to 6 guests. There were 5 adults so 1 had to use a handleless cup. Bath towels weren't very absorbent. There wasn't anywhere to hang clothes in the smallest bedroom and the plug was missing from the kitchen sink.

The place was spotlessly clean and tidy throughout & it was in a great location.

The two settees could be closer together to make it more sociable for a group of people.
