Garden Hideaway l 1-Bedroom for a Peaceful Stay

An absolutely awful stay. I arrived to a dirty flat, then was told I'd need to leave and wait another hour for the cleaners to come in. Despite the cleaning the floor was filthy and clearly hadn't been mopped. The flat was also run down and tired. The worst was that that evening the power suddenly cut. I tried to urgently call, message, text the owner multiple times that night but was ignored. I was on my own with no lights, power sockets for my phone etc. and a faulty electric door, dangerous and unsafe. By the next morning I'd still not heard from the owner and no power, so had to call booking.com and leave and find another hotel. I've been pursuing a refund, and booking.com have refused to give me a refund until the owner 'agrees' despite everything! After many calls still nothing has come from booking.com, so I've had to get my bank involved. A true nightmare and I won't be booking with booking.com ever again. I would absolutely avoid staying here at all costs.
