Experiencia muy bonita para unos días en familia. La casa flotante está bien equipada y es cómoda. Repetiremos.

Escribí varios días antes para avisar de la hora de llegada y hacer preguntas pero nadie me contestó. La persona que da las llaves me escribió el día anterior a las 22 de la noche para darme la información de checkin. Por otro lado, en el sofá cama tanto el edredón como las sábanas eran pequeñas ( de cama individual en lugar de doble)y tuvimos que pedir que las cambiarán.

"Modernes Hausboot - schöne Auszeit"

Das Boot ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Sehr geräumig mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem wohn-, Essbereich. Die Kommunikation zur Schlüsselüberhabe lief unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Gute Lage, ca. 25 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof, 15 min. zum Strand und 5 min. zur Fähre nach Cadiz.

Ein Hausboot ist sehr hellhörig. Es fehlten Sitzpolster für die Möbel auf der Terrasse und leider gab es auch kein Föhn.

Exclusividad y originalidad

Muy estrecho para 2 adultos y dos niños que duermen en sofá cama. Para 3 o 4 adultos no lo recomiendo por el sofá cama que no es muy cómodo

Localización increíble

El barco cruje un poco cuando sube/baja la marea y suele ocurrir en horas de descanso en la noche, es un poco ruidoso, pero nada dramático.

"Bonita experiencia."

Una casa flotante perfecta para una pareja. Cerca de centro pero bastante tranquilo. Con todos los servicios al lado. estancias comodas con todo nesesario para estar varios dias y incluso semanas.

hemos tenido la primer casa entrando desde pantalan por esto con marea baja la casa se apoyaba en el fango y lo que veias al salir y estando en la terraza no fui el agua sino barro del fondo. Tambien olia algo a fango. Muebles de la terraza superior estaban muy deteriorados por el sol.
