Amazing Loft With The Best View Of Casco Viejo!

Unbeatable location and view of the Plaza Mayor.

Anyone with mobility limitations should avoid this one as there is no elevator in the building and a narrow spiral staircase to the loft level.

Fantastic location and yes, it is an amazing apartment.

The hot water for the shower did not work until we found that the on-demand water heater in a cupboard cabinet of the kitchen had been turned off and were able to activate it. There were no instructions for this. So we used the Whatsapp phone number that they used to connect with us asking for us to use that number for immediate replies, but received no reply until we were ready to leave the apartment.

The balcony

It was very poorly maintained, floors were dirty, washing machine was not very good, the place smelled like sweat and they didn’t have a well stocked kitchen.

Very nice view on the square. Style of the appartment. Bed is comfortable. Owner very nice and helpful.

There is no real curtain and the bed is above the living room with a direct view on the square, which means that at night, if you leave your light on, people in the square WILL see you going to bed! Sun light early morning (no blackout curtain). The noise early morning (5:50am) until late at night.

Unbeatable location, charming layout, very comfortable with good AC. The restaurant immediately downstairs is excellent. We had not problem finding street parking and there were police everywhere which was reassuring. An ideal base for our visit to Casco Viejo.

Noise from the plaza was loud (and obviously very close), it's of course what we signed up for with this location but hadn't anticipated it lasting so late into the night.
