*Close to Beach* One Bedroom Suite with Parking

Lounge area very good.

Storage space for clothes was limited. Bedroom a bit on the small side.

Great for a short break

Perfect quiet location. Close to the beach and less than a 10 Min drive to cromer. Lovely little garden area.

The sofa bed really wasn't very comfortable at all. The base that you lay on is really solid. We had to lay on top of the spare duvet and it still was uncomfortable. Also only one pillow provided for the sofa bed. Luckily the person in the main bed didn't need them all. Also the biscuits provided were all out of date 😬

Perfect little apartment. Great base for exploring the Norfolk coast line. Just a short walk to the sandy beach. Not overcrowded as the only facilities at the beach were a carousel with toilets and a small cafe on the cliff top. Not suitable for wheelchair users unless you’re brave. Steep slope to beach. The apartment is a converted garage. Very comfortable bed, although I did bang my knee a couple of time going into the bedroom. Small shower room but the shower is quite large. Open plan which lounge kitchen diner, which gives you lots of space. Small kitchen with all you need if you want to cook a meal . No oven but the multi function microwave m/ oven combo is all you need. Spare bedding if needed. We loved the small courtyard at the rear, accessed through the bedroom . Sat in there and had a drink in the sunshine. Hosts were friendly and welcoming.

A bit tight in the bedroom. Banged my knee a few times going past the bed. Would definitely stay again.

Nice little annexe in Overstrand, ten minutes walk from the beautiful beach.tye owners were very kind and helped us get all our gear dry after arriving sopping wet in the middle of a rain storm. The place was comfy and clean and had everything we needed

Great place to stay in a quiet residential area. Loved that there was a small outside space which was perfect for catching the afternoon sun . Everything inside the property was clean and comfortable . Would definitely stay again

I thought it was going to be closer to the beach
