MYThis property is nothing like the pictures, or the exceptional review that was previously left. I arrived early and requested an earlier check in time and was told this was only possible if I paid an additional RM70, which I did as I had a bag that I did t want to carry around. I was told that the reason was because the cleaning had to be done after a prior booking which was obviously not true - the facilities were bone dry and a less than clean dish cloth was left in the kitchen which was bone dry. The hot water did not work in shower or basin, the ‘pool view’ was a view of the back of the apartments where the pool just happened to be. I would not recommend this property at all.
