Inngangspartiet nede på gaten . Skittent gate / trappeavsats: lukt av kattetiss og ekskrementer fra katt . Dårlig vaskete gulv .

The apartment is fancy and very clean. All utilities are available. Balcony has amazing size and view. Fast internet is available The property manager is a nice lady and she was very helpful.

Location: just steps from Pasalimani, walking distance to everything important in Piraeus, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. Sunshine: the SW terrace gets sunshine all day long when the sun shines. Silence: although central in Piraeus, the apartment is mid-block, at quiet small streets and high up, so it’s really amazingly silent, a very good place to sleep.

It’s certainly not four star for the quality of the interior. The bathroom needs urgent repair, many things like the faucet, toilet seat, the ceiling, furniture, are in a quite horrible state. The communication with the host was the worst I have experienced at Booking: asked about the chances of storing your bag a couple of hours before check in time, not only did they say no, they did it in such a rude way that I would have cancelled right away if it had been possible. It felt like they hated their customers.

Δεν ήταν καθαρό, τα μισά φώτα ανάβανε και τα άλλα μισά όχι. Το μπάνιο ήταν βρώμικο και ο νιπτήρας του ήταν ραγισμένος και η βεράντα επίσης βρώμικη μες το χώμα. Από άποψη κλιματιστικού, από τα 3 μόνο το ένα λειτουργούσε κανονικά και γενικά σαν πολυκατοικία είχε φασαρία και Ακουγόταν συνέχεια το ασανσέρ λες και θα έμπαινε κανείς μέσα στο διαμέρισμα.
