The rooms are OK and clean and security guard quite helpful

From carpark to lift is having problems.... Didn't mention which exit place to use... There are two exits place near to my carpark....at first I just saw only one... Then carry all things together with baby and go to exit place but no button to lobby or go room floor... Call the guy and the guy also don't know how to explain and ask me drove out to find security... With baby and things, it creates lots difficulty...at last I request the security phone and he guided me... If not, I think I will leave and choose other hotel... That time was at midnight.. After the security guided me, I only knew there was another exit door... They should label or send the video to guide

"weekend staycation"

- location , nearby food - interior, modern n clean - prompt response by property manager - dedicated parking bay

- Access at guard house , every time need to explain et. no system - upon check-in, 2 window latches were missing. Property manager was notified and repairman was sent the next morning. No thorough inspection of the property before accepting guests - the water dispenser was not frm any recognized brand and no sign that it was regularly maintained. - no kettle was provided due to the water dispenser
