Set up of apartment ok . Good showers. Nice functional kitchen

Lock to the apartment didn’t work properly difficulty unlocking locking it . Very noisy people above kids running around at 6.30 am !!! Matresses need replacing very soft saggy uncomfortable to sleep on mattress toppers had been put on but didn’t solve issues much to soft gave me back ache . Tissue paper for toilet paper !!! Also had to strip beds before leaving I didnt find this acceptable with price paid. All wardrobes had locks on not accessible not much storage for clothes, ironing board sweeping brush etc stored in bedroom.

Cosy and clean. Comfy beds. Great location. Nice outdoor patio. Spacious and modern. Well appointed kitchen. Sea view. Easy parking. No damp smell or mould. Our favourite base so far on our annual trips to Scarborough!!

Travelling with a young family we would have liked use of a washing machine and tumble dryer - would have happily paid a top up for this use, rather than having to find a laundrette. There's no shaving socket, so take manual toothbrushes. Cupboard space in the kitchen is minimal for food storage.

Welcome pack of little jams and packet of biscuits not great a pint of milk would of been better little things like cleaning the shower plug and mirrors not cleaned very good

The location was fantastic and the decoration was superb

The living room smelt funny, like wet dogs. The owner ignored our call on arrival and never got back to our messages. Incredibly disappointing
