Good location, comfortable bed...

It was cold, so we used AC heating which was not so pleasant. Cold floor, slippers are a must. The kitchen is extremely tiny, barely any place to prepare food. The bathroom as well. The rooms disposition is not good because to go to the bathroom or the kitchen, you have to go through the entering corridor which is dirty (because of shoes)... Also, entering the building is shady and looks like a slum, and that is not visible on any photos here.

It was nice and clean. Close to everything such as restaurants , metro , busses and markets even though I didn’t use a neither a train. I was walking most of the time lmao because I love walking. This place has a fridge , a nice powerful stove and essentials crockery. The bed was comfortable as well. The hosts were responsive and helpful especially the host who attended me on Tuesday night.

To start I would say the self check in system is kinda confusing , especially the link which they sent. The website with instruction is kinda broken and you to scroll left right to get an idea about everything. I feel things like that should be clear for senior citizens. MAKE sure there is hot water as soon as you step in. Try the boiler and if it’s not working then INFORM them. I had to spend some hours in the start without hot water, gas and Georgia is cold. The first is kinda shaky and when opened by a clumsy person I am sure it can collapse lol. Only the small stove was working. Toilet flush wasn’t quite working properly.

Отличное расположение в центре города,рядом магазины рестораны все в пешей дотсупности. Хороший хозяин.Несмотря на минусы квартира достаточно комфортная но только для одного человека, с девушкой будет не комфортно

Когда я заселился был гразный пол, мне пришлось его мыть самому. Фотографии намного лучше чем квартира выглядит вживую. Из душевой кабины вода выливается по всей ванной комнате. Квартира "уставшая"
