Seattle Among The Trees: in Belltown w/Parking!

The location was great & it was cute. Staff was super friendly & helpful. Pool, gym & common room was nice.

The room was right across from the elevators & pool so it was VERY NOISY. No air con except for bedroom.

Dormire è stato un disastro totale, di notte c’è davvero un casino totale fuori ed è davvero difficile dormire. Se si vuole chiudere la finestra non si può neanche in quanto è installato il piccolo condizionatore e rimane sempre una fessura aperta con un piccolo muretto. Il condizionatore fa più rumore del bordello fuori quindi è impossibile dormire con il condizionatore acceso anche con i tappi forniti. Non bastava il rumore fuori e il condizionatore che una notte si è pure accesa l’allarme anti incendio alle 2 di notte, che fa davvero un rumore assordante. Nel mentre soggiornavamo loro stavano dipingendo il muro all’esterno, quindi non è stato possibile uscire nel balcone, ci era stato detto che sarebbe finito entro 1-2 giorni e forse ci sarebbe stata anche la possibilità che quando arrivavamo avessero già terminato, ma le impalcature sono rimaste tutto il nostro pernottamento (4 giorni), le prime due notti non potevamo neanche aprire la finestra in quanto era incollata con del nastro adesivo quindi era davvero impossibile dormire per colpa del caldo, e come detto prima il condizionatore faceva troppo rumore. Esperienza terribile nel dormire.

Lovely apartment, located in a great location to walk around. Comfy bed with everything you need. The parking really is a blessing, nice bakery downstairs.

Whilst having air-conditioning fitted to the bedroom is a blessing, it's installed a strange way, leaving big gaps in the door. Wouldn't bother us usually, but it's a busy, noisey street, so it's like sleeping with the door open. Of course, the owners can't help the street being noisey but could definitely look into a better installation.

Walking distance to Pike Market. Modern facilities, nice pool area.

Lack of full air conditioning which was advertised within the description when we booked. It also fails to mention the apartment overlooks a main road and is above a bakery which has deliveries at 3:30am It is a lovely apartment but too warm, advised by hosts to open the windows, to let the breeze flow, like everyone in Seattle did. They took great pains to put the problem on us but eventually agreed to bring a free standing air con unit, which helped.

Although we followed all the rules (like texting the host 24h before our arrival, 30 min before and when we arrived), the host didn’t make it easy by not answering and not being there on time for the check-in, making us wait for a long time
