Cozy Cabin, Sleeps 8 - Close to Dollywood with Hot Tub, Arcade, Community Pool

It was clean. Owners are responsive most of the time.

Let me begin by saying we have traveled to this area multiple times for years. For the price I paid, this stay was a huge disappointment. I did not realize this chalet was right on top of other neighboring homes. We arrived and found out we were given the wrong code to the chalet. Next issue- I was awoken at 7am to the sound of engines reving up outside my window each morning. Not a lot of privacy, as you can see neighbors sitting on their balconies next door. You hear dogs barking next door. All day. There’s also no view at all, just trees. Which for me I wish I would have been aware of the location of this chalet and I would have picked somewhere more secluded. Also, the balcony- the wood is weak and soft, you can feel how it’s about to break in spots when you step on it, very dangerous. The fridge- was room temp at best. The freezer works but it takes almost 12 hours to cool stuff. I complained to the owner and they acted like there was no issue since “no one else complained”.

Had an ant infestation . We checked in put $40 worth of don’t in boxes on the counter went out for an hour came back to ants all over sink and counter and kitchen table. We called and complained left and want a refund. My 1st vacation in a few years due to illness. Ruined. We won’t be staying or recommending you again. The opposition when we tell that you didn’t make it right

There was fleas in the bathroom and ants all over the kitchen. It stated that you have a private pool and it is a Community pool. Also the place is run down.

They need to have a pest control company come once a month to control bugs

Everything was clean, we didn’t need for anything, the beds were comfortable and the showers were nice. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and I enjoyed football by the fire place. It was a perfect place to unwind after Dollywood.

It’s in a safe neighborhood.
