Amazing view Makati Elegant flat 400MB internet

This is the very first time I stayed in a condo instead of a hotel I was a bit skeptical but it was tremendous value this unit on the 58th floor had an amazing view as you would expect. It was spotless when I arrived self check in with a breeze I was sent the the numbers for the key lock through email or Whatsapp rather and when I arrived it was perfect. I will definitely use this property again I like the fact it's got a basic little kitchen area but I did quite a bit of cooking there. It's got a washing machine that I didn't use but it's there if someone needs it. Coffee and tea were provided. The TV is either a 50 inch or a 55 inch and it was great it's a smart TV but I didn't use the facilities of the TV other than to plug my fire stick into the HDMI port so I could watch my favorite channels from back home. The internet was flawless most of the time getting over 350 megabit which is almost unheard of for the Philippines or a lot of other areas anyway. And whenever I had a question I would send the message and I would get a reply back almost instantaneous which is important to me. I recommend this property highly. They advertise a mall on the first floor but basically it's a grocery store that has everything you could need and 10 or 12 eating establishments and there's a pharmacy down there so not really a mall. The grocery store comes in very handy and you can access it from the building so you don't have to leave.

There were a couple of things but it really had nothing to do with the room. There's almost 4,000 units in the building beautiful building they advertise 12 high-speed elevators but they never had more than four operating and in some cases only two. The elevators Since There were so few operating could take 10 to 15 minutes to get where you're going. Like I say this had nothing to do with the condo owner they have little they can do about it. The other thing that was a little bit off-putting was when I did arrive to check in there were three or four people ahead of me which is fine. The problem was the person that was working on the computer must not have known exactly what he was doing because he had three of the security guards trying to show him what to do. And they handle it all on a little Lenovo ThinkPad I would think they'd have a little bigger more powerful setup to make things a lot easier in a building of this stature. Like I say the condo owner can't do anything about this but I wanted to bring it up. More importantly it will never keep me from coming back I will definitely use the property again

Not giving access to visitors through out the reciption. No access to the pool. TV screen is not high quality. Light bulbs were bad and haven't been changed.

The host, Daniela is super responsive and attentive to all your needs. I got locked out as the keypad was a bit difficult to use (press any number to activate it, but this number doesn’t count as part of the passcode, then only key in the actual number) and she was quick to reset and gave me a new code though the time difference. The apartment itself is cozy and equipped with everything you need including a fan for those who do not prefer AC and a washing machine plus kitchen utensils and amenities. I had a good stay after a long day at work. The building itself is secured and safe. There's a mall and a grocery shop attached to the building so getting things you need is convenient. Would recommend this place to other travelers.

Minor feedback on the cleaning expectations - the side of the sink needs a thorough scrub and asking the host to consider changing the bathroom mat as it’s not quick dry, which the host has taken note to change. 10/10 for accepting feedback and to act on it.

The host was amazing! The building is extremely convenient. The activities nearby are excellent. Good gym and boxing gym near by, an escape game (like if you have 1h free, let's go), pool inside the building with sport and relax areas. It's a great location. They even provided a Netflix account!

Supplies were a little short for a week but the host would fix it easily without problem 👍

It was perfect! If you are looking for a place to have comfort and relaxation then this is the perfect place to stay! And of course the best highlight was the view from the window. You would get to witness the beauty of Makati skyline and its nearby cities and the mountain range of Sierra Madre as the room is like at the very top of the building. Almost everything you need is available in the unit. I would definitely comeback. You guys are simply the best!
