GBLocation was very convenient, walking distance into town and the flat is cosy with all necessary amenities.
Parking was tricky as residents only. Owner should contemplate having a resident permit for the flat to help out with parling.
GBThe location suited us well. The kitchen was well equipped.
There was no hot water in the bathroom sink (nor in the bath although we preferred to use the shower, which was fine). The seating in the lounge was not very comfortable. I had to borrow a coffee pot from family nearby as there wasn't one. I had received no information about accessing the property by the middle of the morning of our first day so I messaged - this was slightly worrying although when the information cake through it was thorough.
GBThe place is really good--I would definitely stay there again, for longer. We were only there for one night, so didn't take full advantage of the superb accommodations and little extras in all areas of the apartment. Not only is there every conceivable thing you could need in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room, there are tons of happy surprises--for instance, a few games and a colouring book.
I thought "close to sea" was a bit optimistic--it's not that close! But it's not a million miles either.
