Tidy, not too cluttered and a nice home away from home feeling when you enter the door.

Just the right size for us. Comfy beds, great kitchen facilities. Nice private front area too.

Everything was clean and ready to go. I had all the imformation to get in and use wifi. We used the washing machine and dryer. Having a lock up, carport is great in Frankton.

Only tiny things. The soap dish needs replacing and i noticed the wheels on the trundle bed were broken. But this did not effect our stay. Great little unit. Had all we needed.
