An elegant 2-bedroom house in Hamilton central.

Really nice stay, everything that we needed. Good parking on the road right in front, or can access through the internal shed, however our vehicle was a bit too big for the shared driveway so parked on the road and wasn't a problem (very close to front door). Beds were comfy and warm. Kitchen & lounge area is lovely.

For better security, suggest a lock on the internal shed door (from shed into house). Also noticed none of the windows have window stay/secure arms, so you aren't able to leave a window slightly open for air flow. Because of this when we ran the dryer overnight, there was a lot of condensation in the shed. Aired it out in the morning but maydo damage to the paint etc over time :)

Strategically located property in Hamilton. There are convenience stores around the area if you need anything. The house itself is spacious, clean and complete. All the beds had electric heating blankets. You have a washer, dryer and dishwasher that completes the stay. The owner is very responsive and kind—highly recommendable unit in Hamilton.

The hedges in front of the house need trimming because they get in the way when you need to shut the gate. Other than that, it's perfect. Thumbs up.

Simple down to earth house. Good equipment. Clean and quite new. Has a garage.

Parking in the garage is quite narrow but you can park on the street.

The house was nice, tidy, and comfy. My kids could run around in the shed when it was raining. It was perfect for the 6 of us. The beds were super comfy. It was close to the shopping centre and easy to find.

The TV was playing up, and wouldn't load anything on YouTube or Netflix, so we didnt use the TV.

Clean unit and very comfortable.

Main bedroom's bed can be checked as its squeaky. A black facecloth for make-up removal will be great and some shower gel.
