House was beautiful and the location was perfect. The hot tub was really good. We left an I pad at the property when we left and they were extremely helpful in returning it

There were a few areas of cleanliness that could have been improved in the kitchen, The cutlery drawer had crumbs in it, there were crumbs in a couple of cupboards, the wastebin was grubby at the bottom under the bin liners and the dishwasher had the remains of a dishwasher tablet in it and was grubby inside. The kitchen door handle also fell off every time you touched it None of these things were a major t issue but for the standard of the property I would have expected slightly better. It didnt impact our stay though and overall the house is lovely

The location with views of the lake was idyllic and very peaceful. A very tranquil and luxurious space with everything for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful light-filled house with stunning views over the lake. Impeccably clean, new large kitchen and bathrooms, interiors were well-appoiinted, high spec and very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. There was a hot tub. Check-in instructions and communications from the owners were helpful and all went smoothly. Great for families - big selection of games and books.

Only two tiny glitches during our stay - when we arrived, the front door handle had fallen off, but this was promptly fixed the next morning. And the TV remote had run out of batteries (luckily we had some in one of our things we could use). We stayed during a heatwave and some of the bedrooms stayed reasonably cool but others got extremely hot (no AC).

Amazing space and modern look, easy access on arrival and well stocked.

No spray for all the bugs but that’s all.

The site and property were perfect for a relaxing weekend away with friends to celebrate my Husbands 40th. Layout of the property and size of the rooms were just right to give us all space and be comfortable, hot tub of an evening after an afternoon of exploring the area was great.

The on site shop was smaller than expected, but it was not a huge problem as we brought most of what was needed with us anyway.

Lovely open plan house, ideal for entertaining a large family gathering. A high specification house with very comfortable beds. The hot tub was great. The on- site restaurant was of a good quality and the staff here were exceptional. The house and site are dog friendly and the restaurant, in particular, go above and beyond to make dogs welcome.

Parking is a pain. One small allocated space per house. Other cars have to park in the general visitor spaces that are a good walk from the property. The estate is surprisingly built up, houses are very close together, typically 8 feet apart, so there is little or no privacy when seated outside. We stayed in early March. I wouldn't want to stay here at peak seasonal times. Having to bring additional toilet rolls ( as we were instructed to do) because the property only provides one roll per loo is not acceptable when paying Iver £700 per day for the property.
