Modern 4 bed house near city centre/Chester Zoo

It was not the cleanest/ in the best condition it could definitely do with some TLC and was very expensive considering others within the area

It was well furnished and there were little extras in the cupboards , like salt and pepper , oil, etc , meaning we didn't have to buy them. The house was spacious and clean .

Very Spacious and near cheshire oaks The bathroom is nice and modern, although there is only one bathroom for all. There were pots, plates, kitchen cutleries that we can use.

1. There were cheaper accommodations but we still chose the place in the hopes of having a very good service, however this is not the case. 2. As the checkin time is around 3 or 4 and checkout is 10am, We asked the property manager / owner if we can extend til 12am and he asked us ton pay additional cost just for 2 hours extension. Were happy to pay provided it will be billed through booking.com and he insisted on sending it directly to his account. We had a disagreement and we found him not accommodating on his response. When i mentioned that we are not happy and would give him bad reviews, he immediately messaged in a calm tone and let us stay without additional cost just so we don’t give him such. Nevertheless we checked out before 10am. 3. The property was not clean as we thought it is. Can see some spider web and there were no left hoovers/ cleaning equipment there. 4. We were initially given access in Netflix, after a while, the owner cancelled our access and cant no longer watch in Netflix.

Modern kitchen Plenty of utensils, cleaning products, & crockery etc .. Beds were very comfortable, rooms very large House generally quite spacious

It wasnt very clean..floors didn't look hoovered...downstairs flooring all.scratched Door handle missing/ broken on.bedroom door..oven shelves were dirty, Downstairs toilet door handle loose No smoke alarms in house (which is a legal requirement)

The house is beautifully presented, extremely clean, smelt so fresh and hosts were very accommodating. Great amenities, fab location, would definitely stay again and recommend.

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay, Mark (the owner) was so kind and went beyond what was expected. He replied quickly back to messages and made our stay even more perfect. The house was homely, clean and spacious. The location was close to the centre and was only a 7 minute drive into the centre. Would defo recommend to anyone and will defo be returning!

Nothing, everything was fabulous!

Location was fab. The house was lovely. Neighbours were also nice. Aldi down the road, pub down the road. 7-10 minute drive from the centre. Beds were comfy.

Cant really say there was nothing we didnt like. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mark also came round to see if he could sort the wifi. Unfortunately this was a tech problem
