"No privacy and black mould in the bathroom"

There was a room and double bed for all of us. The location was great.

Black mould in the bathrooms. Floorboards in the kitchen area ripped up. No curtains in three of the bedrooms, and yes, there were buildings opposite with a direct view into the bedrooms. When I raised this with the agency that took care of the property, they seemed to have no idea of these issues and wanted me to email pictures to them. We did not cause these, and as we were there for two nights, it felt like they were asking us to do their job. Surely even a cleaner would have noticed this? How do they not know?

"Clean and ideal for city centre break on a budget."

Central location ideal for larger groups, good value for money, clean and tidy. Enough crockery for number of guests.

Could not call or text the number provided so no communication during the stay if needed. Need to bring your own hand towels for the bathrooms, toiletries and soap and loo roll, which is fine, but would prefer it to be noted before hand :).
