"perfectly situated in the barbican..."

location was fantastic, very spacious and well equipped.

Beds in 2nd room were very small and uncomfortable. Very creaky everytime you turned over. Little bit noisy from the street below at night but understandable due to location.

The location was absolutely perfect, all the instructions for keys and parking were spot on, the property is well appointed and has most modern conveniences. The owner when contacted could not have been more helpfull

Unfortunately the property had various cleaning problems. Although this spoilt our stay, the owner was very helpful and made offers of a hotel or a free stay. I thought this was to much and settled for a 50% refund which was quickly forthcoming, l do hope the owner has sorted the cleaning problem because the property is very good, and the owner genuine

"Perfect location, great host and comfortable spotless apartment"

The location was fantastic. Literally in the centre of the Barbican so great for eating out, walks in and around the marina and the Hoe and lots of lovely independent shops. The apartment was spotless, with a quirky layout and plenty of space for us. Kitchen had good facilities and was immaculate.

The stairs! We had a member of the group with a bad knee - but we managed. The shower drained very slowly but never flooded.
