Beautiful Immaculate Aldeburgh cottage, free parking, sunny outdoor space, dog friendly - perfect for Spring seaside escapes

Had a wonderful stay at the property. Owners very responsive and clear instructions and so thankful they are dog friendly. Had everything needed for our stay. Great WiFi as husband needed to do a few hours work. Parking is such an advantage and the cottage is a short walk from everything you could ask for in a coastal village.

Yes, the cottage is compact bijou ... but it's a genuine, old property! Which has been immaculately renovated and decorated (with only the odd tasteful nod to the location, rather than tacky seaside-themed memorabilia :)). A few main points ... • The property has everything you could need, including dishwasher, iron/board, kitchen essentials, very comfortable beds, beautiful bed linen and lots of towels. • The cottage was *sparklingly* clean from top to bottom. • There was a super-helpful folder of brief instructions and where-to-finds. • The location simply couldn't be better – a short stroll from the high street and beach yet in a quiet, upmarket street. • It was very easy to park (with the permit provided at the cottage) in the church car park very close by. • The host was always available in case of questions but otherwise left us in peace. We won't hesitate to book this cottage again and will be recommending it to anyone else visiting Aldeburgh.

Location, free parking, everything you need is there

A few minor issues: The bathroom is tiny and I would say that there is one double bedroom & a child's bedroom, rather than 2 full bedrooms. The biggest problem was the heating - we couldn't find out how to turn it on. The weather was cold & we got slightly damp in the rain. It would have been good to dry our clothes on a radiator. Also, we were warned to follow shower instructions carefully - we couldn't find any!!

Fabulous location, cosy , well equipped. Very comfortable beds.

Bathroom is tiny, nice shower but so small, some road noise as on a busy corner.
