The house was comfortable

easy parking, quiet neighborhood

bathing water, either too hot or too cold, wifi always dissconnecting, single bed too narrow

I prepared my breakfast myself

Everything was perfect, My experience was awesome and they have the best customer service, they responded to my messages quickly and provided solutions timely. No issues at all, they are the best. I will use it anytime am in darlington.

It's locations was prime for where I needed to be

Not a complaint but maybe a blind for the bathroom window when you have the lights on people can see what your at in the bathroom but other then that I can't really complain

No toilet upstairs only one down steep steps and not enough room for 4 people to sit down there was big stain on room carpet and one in twin bedroom iron burnt mark also toilet was falling to bits especially bath on outside . No box on wire box near door. would say it’s for more like contractors workers as you told me on phone who rents it .

The host was superb with communication, also asked how I settled in which I thought was nice. The home was extremely clean and smelt fresh. There was more than enough toiletries and cleaning products so I could clean up after myself. Self check in was lovely nice and easy. Brilliant value for money. The host was very understanding considering it was a last minute booking due to home renovations, they emailed me promptly with the rental agreement and I was not disappointed with the efficiency of the booking process. Great value for money and considering they are a small business they sure know how to make things easy and enjoyable.

The double bed mattress was very uncomfortable and hard (some people may like that so not to put off). Bath could use some more water pressure. Apart from that absolutely nothing to complain about.
