Designer's Delight: Modern 1BR near City Center

The property was fine although some of the supplies one might have expected were missing, eg a few coffee pods and laundry detergent. The manager told me they don’t provide detergent for the washing machine because very few people use it!

The front door was faulty and wouldn’t open the morning I after I checked in meaning I was trapped inside. The manager initially blamed me for the problem and then admitted he knew about it all along. He was in no hurry to get someone to help me escape but eventually after 6 hours an emergency locksmith turned up and let me out. The manager wouldn’t allow this locksmith to install a new lock because he was too expensive and told me someone else would come along and do this. I went out site-seeing and told the manager that if it wasn’t all sorted I by mid afternoon I would find somewhere else to stay and expect a full refund. Mid afternoon came and went so I organised alternative accommodation and advised the manager. He refused the refund I demanded so I made a formal complaint to booking.com. After a lengthy investigation they emailed me to say that I was entitled to a refund but it had to come from the manager. Two months later I’m still waiting….. The problems I faced were exacerbated by the manager refusing to speak with me direct. Everything had to be by WhatsApp text which was a very way to resolv3 a distressing situation

Apartamentul este modern, foarte bine amenajat și confortabil. Locația este excelentă, aproape de centru și de mijloacele de transport. Curățenia impecabilă și atenția la detalii în design. Patul foarte confortabil și liniștea din apartament. Gazda a fost amabilă și disponibilă.

Nu am nimic de zis aici. Totul a fost perfect!

The apartment is spacious and very well designed, so it comfortable, it's obvious they didn't cheap out on the furniture and the appliances, it's complete with everything you need. It's super quiet and the bed is also very comfortable!

We were unpleasantly surprised by the fact that we had to pay 30 lei per day for parking, even though in the booking parking was ticked off and included in our reservation. Water problems, sometimes the water was a bit yellow-ish and hot water doesn't come always, even if you turn on and wait for it for 15 minutes

The apartment is located in the perfect place, there is a Mega store, cafes and restaurants, Mall nearby. There is security in the block in the evening, you can park freely behind the block, the apartment has everything to make you feel at home. It is very important that the apartment is warm, has heating and modern air conditioners! There was a brand new coffee machine/ there were no capsules for the coffee 😊/ The bed is comfortable with clean sheets and enough bath towels. Modern design, with real photos, clean and maintained! , and the owner responds immediately when asked. Overall we are happy with our stay in the apartment and I can say that I recommend it over staying in a hotel.

I asked the property for extra sheets, to sleep on the couch but they did not provide. The smell in the apartment was very bad, like someone was smoking there before.
