"Felt like I was home - secured, warm and close to most amenities."

I spent a week here and really loved the place! It had evsrything I needed, close to many restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, clean, and within walking diatance to the Lima Convention Centre where our meetings were held. Mr Luis, our host was exceptional! I messed up my booking dates and had to arrive a day earlier. Mr Luis was very generous in allowjng me to check in earlier. He was also very reaponsive and helpful with directions around the area, booking our airport taxis etc..Place is very safe with a good security system. I would definitely recommend.

I really like the location because it was in a nice and quiet area but near to places to eat, also to main shopping centres, parks and to main transportation through the city. I came to Lima to visit my mother, and the location was perfect to see her frequently. The host was very helpful and attentive to our needs, it made us feel very at ease and well taken care of. I higly recommend this property.

I don't have any thing that I didn't like.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en este departamento en San Borja, Lima. Desde el principio, el dueño fue increíblemente amable y atento. Mi hija fue quien recibió el lugar y quedó encantada con la cálida bienvenida. El departamento está impecable, muy bien equipado y cuenta con todo lo necesario en la cocina. Además, su ubicación es excelente, lo que facilitó nuestro desplazamiento por la ciudad. Sin duda, recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que busque comodidad y hospitalidad. ¡Gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia tan agradable!

O apartamento é bastante confortável, ficamos em 3 pessoas e nos comportou muito bem. Também tem uma ótima localização, abaixo de uma avenida com restaurantes, mercados, lojas de conveniência e caixas eletrônicos. Bairro seguro e tranquilo. O proprietário é muito prestativo e atencioso, nos orientou não só em relação a hospedagem mas também com transporte e serviços em Lima.

O chuveiro não sai muita água, o que não torna o banho confortável.

Location was close to the Lima Convention Centre so it was perfect for us. Luis was super welcoming and a very helpful. Apartment is fully furnished with everything you need to make you stay comfortable.
