GBThis is a wonderful hostel. It's one of the best I've stayed in for a long time. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They've thought of everything for your comfort. The hostel is clean, and the bed is a generous size and comfortable. There is hot water in the new, clean showers. There's plenty of space to relax, and a small kitchen at the back with fridge, microwave, water purifier, etc. THE LOOP: You can get very good advice, motorbike rental, and locker rental here. The bikes are well maintained and in really good shape. You can take a test drive, and the owner will help you find the right fit for you, between automatic and semi-automatic. Decent helmets come with the price, as does borrowing Bungee cords to strap your bag down. When you return, if you're not staying another night, you can pay 30,000KIP for a shower. Can't recommend highly enough!

USAble to do my own laundry since I was only in town for a few hours before heading out on the Thakhek Loop & able to clean my clothes as I'd just come from the Ha Giang Loop with no rest or sleep
CHIt was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
Nothing that can be influenced by the hostel but we had two roommates who did not want to turn on the air conditioning and thus it was very hot in the room.

Staff was a bit distant. Not for staying longer and relax.

NZVery helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean, comfy and spacious. Bathrooms and shower were great and cleaned multiple times a day.
