Hathaway's End - 1BR Apartment, Edge of Shottery, Parking, Sleeps 3

Un apartamento a unos 15 minutos andando del centro de Stratford upon Avon. Nos alojamos tres noches, y cumplió con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Muy tranquilo, pero cercano al pueblo. Aparcamiento en el alojamiento.

La cama era un poco pequeña para dos personas y no demasiado cómoda.

The location was great, easy access to Stratford both on foot and by car. Instructions for accessing the apartment were clear and precise. The road is busy outside but we could not hear the traffic at all once we were inside. The apartment, although generally clean on first glance, does need a more thorough clean than is given! So much so, that we did not use the oven, microwave etc. we decided to eat out, even for breakfast! Cutlery drawer was dirty, we washed the teaspoons and cups before we used them! The bathroom was a decent size and had a good supply of hot water. We did need to contact customer services, and it took a couple of calls to speak with someone. We eventually met the owner who sorted out the issue we had. She was lovely and supportive, and kept us informed as and when the issue we had was sorted. As I understand it, this property is managed by a professional company, who also supply the cleaners etc. I think this needs to be reviewed!
