great apartment, very spacious and Antonella was very nice! the location is also very good, with a quite street but within the lively city centre.

the WiFi was good on and off. also the toilet seat moves :) which can be fixed.

Excellent position, very good facilities and a lovely, very helpful hostess.

A little more explanation of equipment would be useful.

The location was great. The apartment is located in the heart of the city centre, but in a quiet street. Everything was very close and within walking distance. The apartment is very well equipped. We haven’t had a chance to meet with the host in person, but she sent us great recommendations and we could check in and check out at the time convenient for us.

The sofa could be a bit more comfortable. The bathroom is quite small.

The apartment is located in one of the old buildings of the old city area, very close to all popular restaurants and to the beach (5-7 min walk). The host arranged for us to be welcomed, presented the apartment, given the keys and house rules. The apartment waited for us with cold water in the fridge, some biscuits, coffee jar and sugar for the stay and you could prepare for yourself. Very thoughtful. When asked, the host recommended a few places to eat or have desserts, and they didn't disappoint. We continued to communicate by phone whenever necessary and she was very responsive and helpful each time. The place was very cozy and clean, lots of storage room if you need it. The host pays very close attention to details - from cute design accessories to how well the apartment is equipped for a longer stay. The hallway has a vintage small book shelf (nice touch), the kitchen has all necessary items for self-catering - every little thing you might have home, you find it here - IKEA mostly. We were given special garbage bags for need for selective recycling and the host provided the calendar so you know when to take it out. The apartment has a small balcony that we used to dry our laundry - again everything you need for that. There is one separate bedroom (~12m2) with comfortable bed and mattress, and lots of storage. The sofa is placed in the kitchen/living/dining which is a separate room(~20m2). The sofa is small, unfolds in 3 parts, and is only enough for 1 adult person (maybe 2 young children could fit), so the host is correct to tell you 3 adults as maximum capacity. When the sofa is opened it doesn't leave you much space to move, so we had to fold it back each day, but that is easily done. The bathroom has everything you need - there is an electrical water boiler that provides hot water for the 3 people showering quickly after a day at the beach.

Nothing of importance. The sofa could be better from a comfort point of view, but is bearable. The shower cabin could be enlarged, while giving up the cabinet next to it that is using that space. There is a small restaurant near the building, and you can hear the voices coming from the bathroom window, but you can sleep well with the window closed and the air conditioning on. In the morning, very early, you can hear the tens of bottles being collected as they come to pick up the garbage. Nothing some earplugs cannot solve in case you are more sensitive. But the place is far from the crowded streets and noise, so quite a silent area of the old city.
