very clean and tidy place with enough rroom for all family members. Val very helpful and polite. very close to the beach and Butlins. Great place will definitely recommend.

Beautiful, unique property. Private and perfect location for us. You could hear the waves hit the shore at night from the garden. Exceptionally clean. It was only the two of us so plenty of space! If you like to sit and do hair/makeup probably best to take a travel mirror. Handy welcome hamper to get you started. Val was fantastic, we had a slight issue with heating (a new thermostat had been fitted and pre set so no ones fault) and it was fixed immediately, so reassuring to know that someone was only a phone call away to help. Would highly recommend, looking forward to our next visit!! One of the best places we have stayed at in a long time. Thankyou Val
