Corner Cottage - 3 beds bathtub outdoor terrace

The location was very good and easy to find. However, there is no parking nearby. The Kitchen and lounge area was compact but pleasant and the bedrooms of the first fllor were good.

The top floor was cramped. The low angled ceiling and beams made it very difficult for an adult to use. The angled ceiling in the bathroom impeded use of the sink and toilet. in the bed room the very low beams made it very difficult to use the room and there was a constant risk of banging your head. Not a good experience for those in our party using that room. There was no welcome pack for food items. The tea and coffee provided was poor quality and the milk was in tiny pouches tucked away in the fridge. We never used the kitchen and preferred to use the restaurants and coffee bars in Henley to eat. The on-line checking in system and manual was a pain to use and very transactional. There was not human contact with the host and there should have been a hardcopy manual and information in the cottage. This just did not give a sense of good customer service ice.

The property was clean and in a good location.

No parking outside which made it difficult to unload and re-load the car.
