"Great stay"

Really lovely 😍 lovely feel, clean comfortable and good size

Slippy floor inside front door, when you have wet shoes from outside, needs better mat to cover full floor 😞 would be lovely if there was a fresh coffee pot to make nice coffee

Not only was the property immaculately presented, perfectly positioned for access to the NEC, and very well stocked, the owner Karen went above and beyond to return an item of clothing I left at the property by accident!

Comfy, clean and met our needs perfectly. Location just a short train journey from NEC. Shop and restaurants within walking distance.
