Apartamento grande, con todos los servicios, utensilios de cocina, cama y sofa cama, ropa de cama, toallas... incluso una bicicleta estatica.

La piscina no esta abierta, aunque la anfitriona no nos aviso de esto. Cogimos principalmente este apartamento por la piscina y fue una decepcion ver que no funcionaba. La anfitriona no tiene licencia VV, y pone unas normas ridiculas, como una multa de 40€ por cambiar la configuracion de la TV, la cual esta en neerlandes y si este no es tu idioma no entenderas nada. No se puede ver acceder a la configuracion de la TV porque esta bloqueada con un PIN. Una multa abusiva de 50€ si no sacas tu mismo la basura, lo cual entra dentro de las tareas obligatorias de un anfitrion dentro de la reserva de booking. Habia hormigas en ek baño y ropa tendida de anteriores inquilinos. Parece una casa particular que el anfitrion usa para un dinero extra, pero si alquila por booking deberia comportarse como un profesional.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Am avut parte de un sejur minunat în acest apartament din Tenerife! Locația este excelentă, aproape de plajă, restaurante și magazine. Apartamentul este curat, bine întreținut și complet echipat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru o vacanță relaxantă. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă, comunicativă și atentă la detalii — ne-am simțit cu adevărat bineveniți. Check-in-ul a decurs fără probleme, iar pe parcursul șederii am primit toate informațiile de care aveam nevoie. Recomand cu încredere acest loc celor care își doresc o vacanță liniștită și confortabilă în Tenerife. Cu siguranță aș reveni cu plăcere!

When we arrived, the wind was quite strong which moved the plexiglass terrace roof, which made loud noise - this happened with all terrace windows closed. (probably the roof frame needs some extra screws, or tighten existing screws) Rest of the days without strong wind it made no noise. When we arrived the big towels were washed and hanged on the terrace dryer, but were still very wet to use on the first day. We've found clean hand towels in the bedroom cabinet, we had to use those.

Spacious areas with beautiful views of the sea and swimming pool. I have never been in such a place where you can have such versatile accessories and kitchen equipment. The accommodation is suitable even for home office long stays as well as short stays. It's a nice benefit to have a swimming pool since the neighbouring beaches have quite rocky terrain.

The trash bin is located quite far, and the parking lot can be quite full in peak seasons. Overall, nothing serious.
