very helpful host, the welcome pack was a nice touch.

bed was softer than we would have liked, stairs were steep and narrow and were a bit of an issue, no mention of that in the booking

We were visiting family and didn't get to spend a lot of time in the house. Nevertheless it was very clean and has everything you need.

The garden isn't usable in the state it is.

It was very homely and welcoming, and we were left a lovely welcome care box.i would highly recommend this accommodation, and we will definitely be back again soon. Thankyou

Centrally located, suited our needs. Excellent value for money. Great touches of supplies (milk etc left for our convenience) Host (Toby) was very responsive and accommodating when we changed the date of our booking at the last minute.

Parking permit issue, although no fault of the host.

We thought the beds were on the soft side but that is just a matter of preference - I just like firmer mattresses.

very clean, comfortable house. good location. welcome box was a lovely surprise and contained local eggs milk bread and cake. I know this may be just me but the hairdryer had a long lead so could reach the mirror, something I've struggled with in some hotels!

nothing, we would happily stay here again.
