Beach front . Pools clean House keeping great Bed excellent

Front desk staff not very pleasant. I thought I had lost the metal key for the door they wanted to charge 2000 baht to replace it I live in Thailand I know how much it costs its lucky I found it . They made me sit around and wait because they thought I had taken something from the room then when they check the room they still asked me whether I had taken something from the minibar surely they would have confirmed that when they checked I think it's very rude to assume people are untrustworthy there is other ways of doing this politely. The pool drink prices are exceeding even the highest imaginable price. And automatic gratuity added in Thailand isn't normal . I think the staff could use some customer service training . Especially the front desk team. I live in Phuket but won't return .

La qualité de la chambre n’est pas au rdv. L’eau marron dans la salle de bain sur plusieurs jours avec impossibilité d’utiliser la salle de bain (lavabo toilettes douche) Ménage fait à moitié, uniquement le balais par exemple pas de serpillière. L’hôtel nous a donc dit de trouver un autre hôtel puisque aucune solution pour la salle de bain… nous avons donc changé d’hôtel et nous sommes fait remboursés.

Tout était parfait ! Magnifique hôtel, avec des bons équipements, une bonne literie, piscine et emplacement en bord de mer avec des couches de soleil fabuleux ! On a passé un agréable séjour et le personnel est vraiment au petit soin (réservation taxi, porte bagage…)

Les voisins lol on avait une chambre avec porte communicante ce qui donnait pas une bonne insonorisation de la chambre

Room was massive and hotel right on the beach. Perfect for sunsets. Breakfast was amazing.
