There is a LOT of admin to stay in Zimbali Estate. Every time you enter & exit ID's are required for everyone. This is very tedious.

"The estate is wonderful. The unit was not worth the price and admin."

Great location. The estate has safe access to pools, the beach and nice restaurants.

Terrible admin. They got so many things wrong with our check-in, from no. of kids, to inactive access cards. Causing us continuous delays entering and exiting. Massive cockroaches in the unit. Absolutely empty kitchen, no water, tea, coffee. Couldn’t take the bin out. A loud drip in a rooms ceiling bathroom when raining. No cot. No visitors without 24hr notice.

This property feels like home. Absolutely beautiful and well equipped with everything that you could need for your weekend away. Communication was prompt and efficient. Check in was a breeze. The property itself was clean, private, quiet. The set up was lovely.

Just a little maintenance issues. We had a toddler and a few balustrade were loose and the main bedrooms sliding doors were a little hard to open.
