La vue magnifique

⚠️ Très loin du standing annoncé – à éviter sans rénovation complète L’extérieur de la villa est magnifique, mais l’intérieur est dans un état déplorable et non conforme au prix (2300 € la semaine). Plusieurs points graves : • Présence de cafards et fourmis, • Sèche-linge hors service, • Aucun nécessaire de ménage malgré un séjour d’une semaine, • Seulement deux petites cuillères pour une villa censée accueillir 6 personnes, • Mon fils et moi sommes restés bloqués dans les WC, • Crise d’asthme à cause de la poussière accumulée sous les lits, chevets et télé, • Trou dans le mur, traces sur les portes et dans les armoires, joints moisis, mobilier dégradé. L’entretien intérieur est très négligé et ne correspond pas du tout au standard “haut standing” mis en avant dans l’annonce. L’extérieur reste agréable, mais cela ne compense pas les nombreuses dégradations et le manque d’hygiène. En résumé : très belle apparence extérieure, mais logement à fuir tant qu’il n’a pas été entièrement remis en état.

The property was clean, very comfortable and the pool and garden area was great. The views from the property are impressive over the golf course.

The property requires a car or use of a taxi to get to a from the beach and near by town Taghazout which is a slight down side. The general location of the property is nice and feels safe.
