204 Marvol - Sea Point 1 Bedroom Apartment - Private Balcony

I didn’t like the fact that I was chatting to AI for 3 hours. I came to the apartment a little early, I called and there was no answer and I remembered that I once got a WhatsApp from the accommodation M, only to find out that it’s and AI that delayed me for 3 hours.

Divine (at the reception) was very kind, welcoming and extremely helpful. There was another guy (unfortunately we did not get his name) who was there most evenings. He was very helpful as well. The entire apartment and facilities were beyond our expectation! We would love to be back should we find our way back to Cape Town in the future.

Two things: 1. During longer stays, it would be nice to get a change of bed sheets :) 2. There was an incident where other guests (different room) were cooking and the kitchen hood may not have been working well. This set off the smoke alarms causing quite some panic. It might be nice to have an instructional manual on emergencies/what to do in case such things happen as several guests from different rooms converged at the reception confused about what was happening and what to do.

Breakfast option not included in our stay.

Housekeeping could be an included benefit.
