KEThe environment was cool,the security was okay,and the room was clean.
I was seriously harassed by the owner with some hidden charges that were not indicated on the booking.com app,the indicated amount was $18.36 ,and it was not indicated anywhere that I need to pay more than that,she has even reported and threatened me for not paying the extra. Out of good heart I added on top of the $18.36 ksh.1200 extra. When booking, the amount indicated is supposed to cater for your stay in that facility for the days booked,I have never been asked for extra cleaning fee,and if it's applicable then it should be indicated clearly for one to know the full amount to be paid. So disappointed!!!
