Flat itself was well presented. Great that it had a parking available and very short walk to the beach and town centre.
Unfortunately garden was in a shocking state - fence was down, loads of rubbish through all garden. It was very disappointing as it was one of the reasons I booked this place as they had outside space but yet it wasn't possible to be used.

The location was excellent it was well equipped communication was good ease of access good
The back garden area was a disgrace not secure gate and fence completely knocked down leaving the back garden expand unsafe for the kids to play in overgrown and rubbish everywhere including a dirty nappy. Disgusting. The bedroom window in the children’s bedroom was sealed shut there was a heat wave leading to temperatures rising to 33 degrees at night in the bedroom Kidd Had to sleep in the lounge as bedroom imposition sleep with the heat. I realise it’s not the property’s fault we had a heat wave but the inability to open the window made it impossible to cool the room, it spoiled with that and the back garden the property fell well below expectations

Excellent location pretty close to everything but far away enough that it was quiet. The property was clean and equipped . Beds were super comfy.
The garden was exceptionally overgrown. We had lovely weather but struggled to use it.

The appartment looks just like at the photos. We felt really at home. The place is very close to the beach. Close to lidl. And train station. Very convienient place! The shower is beautiful and big. The bed at the master bedroom very comfortable. Quite place. We will be definely be back!
A bit more cutlery would be nice. The back side where there is a garden could be cleaned up. The windows too need a clean up. Other wise everything else was good.
