Really centrally placed apartment that was decorated to a high standard everything you would need modern bright airy and comfortable

I thought there should be a rubber bathmat in the shower because I thought it was a bit slippy

Very easy to find and location was absolutely perfect for a weekend in York and close to all amenities. Nick was super responsive and answered any questions I had very quickly. The apartment was very clean and spacious! It comfortably housed 4 adults for the weekend. We had everything we needed and more. Thanks Nick, we will be back again!

"Wonderful stay in an excellent location"

Excellent location, so convenient in the centre of the city. Easy check in with keys in lock box. Clean and comfortable apartment. Was perfect for our stay.

Check out was at 10am Sunday morning. Could have done with 11am to give us a little more time or somewhere to store our bags for a while, but understand that is pretty standard, so no big deal.

"Fabulous short stay in York at Pear apartment! Would stay again."

Location could not be better, just a few minutes walk to the Shambles, Yorkminster and Jorvik Viking museum and surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Not a dislike but fyi for anyone with mobility issues apt is in a grade II listed building with only stairs (no lift) and there is a very slight slope to the floor in sitting room.
