"The reception said If we don't want to take that room in Bellville the will be no refund"

I felt like it's a scam because caline told us is fully booked on the day we suppose to check in and no refunds for us they transfer un to Bellville in a room for 2 adult but we were 6 we slept on 3 quarter bad all of us This is bad

Not getting our money back because we book in time they knew there will be no space for us they didn't let us know in time so we have option B

The pictures on the website doesn't not translate the real place....Breakfast set up is poor as a result I skipped all my breakfasts....Pillows are not comfortable

The fact that they knocked for us to vacate before time and the fact that they switched the WiFi if we were loud I feel like they should have say please lower like out say out does
