The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. And the pool area is sooo nice especially at night.

We had to pay extra for the jacuzzi. Since the jacuzzi is on the common property. The service charge for the jacuzzi should be split and incorporated into each guests fee so that the guest doesn't have to pay extra and the facility is still covered. And all guests can make use of the jacuzzi during their stay.

Firstly, the rating that it gets on Booking.com is utter nonsense. It was 36C. HEAT No aircon. Bedding was winter or warned out. The blinds are all broken. The room that we were supposed to stay in had a room at the side where a guest sat and smoked. Our room that was filled with smoke,(awefull) The carpet was disgusting. TV did not work. We already made a non refundable payment online. SO WE LEFT AFTER 10 MIN. The staff had no uniform. The reception area looked dilapidated, and the computer screen was cracked!!! This whole experience left us disgusted in the accommodation and the fact that Booking.COM gave 8.3 rating. We are not from Cape Town and did not expect this as I personally thought it was good (after all it was on Booking.com) Something went terrible wrong !!!!!!!

The location was convenient.. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The bedding and towels weren't changed daily. Rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. No sufficient parking Only coffee offered. My children had to share the bathroom with other visitors. .
